Credit Transfer

Credit Transfer Service

With Etisalat Credit Transfer Service you can transfer credit from your Etisalat sim card to another Etisalat sim card.

How to Transfer:

• You can transfer 10 times per day up to AFN100.
• On your mobile screen type *125*Destination number*amount# & then press ok, system will ask you "press 1 to confirm the number", you just have to press 1 & ok; amount will be transferred
• You will receive a confirmation SMS notifying that the credit transfer has been done successfully

For example: If you want to transfer AFN 50; on your mobile screen type *125*078X XX X XXX*50# & then press ok. Charges: AFN 2/Transfer.

Voice Mail

Voice mail service will enable everyone who calls you to leave a message even if you are not reachable, and enables you listen to voice messages that were sent to you when you were out of reach.

How to activate:

• To activate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile type svms & send it to 3378
• Or, Call 888 or 0786-786786786 Etisalat Call Center to activate your voice mail service
• After activating the voice mail service go to the divert option of your handset and divert all calls or any condition you wish (busy, no reply, switched off) to 009378303
• To deactivate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile & type cvms & send it to 3378

How to use it:

Step 1: Sending Voice Mail: To send a Voice Mail follow the following steps. Dial "303+078XXXXXXX=>press ok=>Record Voice Message"=> press # key; Press 1 to record again or press 2 to confirm the message. Step 2: Listening to the Voice Mail Dial 303 and follow the Voice Prompt to listen to your Voice Mail.

• Press 1 to retrieve Messages
• Press 2 to hear all Messages
• Press 3 to send a time post message
• Press 4 to delete all old messages
• Press 5 to set your mail box
• Press 0 for help

Missed Call NotificationMissed call alert service Our Missed Call Alert service enables you to know who called you while your phone was busy, switched off or outside the coverage area.With missed calls notification from etisalat you will still receive all your missed calls even if you are out of the coverage or service area or when your mobile runs out of battery. Your etisalat mobile phone makes it easy for you to find out who called while you were unreachable. How to use it: Activation: To activate the service, go to the message menu of your mobile and type ( open & send it to 3378) the service will be activated automatically and the Out of reach option will be set on your phone by default and the service will be activate and within 24 hours . Call Forwarding/Call Conference/Call WaitingCall Forwarding If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone in Afghanistan where someone can receive call messages on your behalf. How to use it: You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options: All Calls If Busy If no reply If not reachable/switched off Please refer to your mobile handset's user guide to activate this useful function.

Call Forward/Divert(Postpaid) If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone where someone can receive call messages on your behalf. If you forward/divert to an ON-Net number, the calling party will be charged an ON-Net rate, an the called party which has forwarded the number will be charged for an ON-Net call as well. If you forward your calls to an Off-net or International number, the calling party will be charged for a local on-net call, the called party will be charged for Off-net/International call. How to use it: Call forward is a default service free of any subscription charges. You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. The charges for Call Conference will be as per outgoing call rates. How to use it: To set-up a conference call, a customer has to put the current call on hold by going to the call hold option in the menu and then dial the other number. once the other number picks up the phone then the calling party puts the 1st number on call un-hold and the conference begins. In this scenario the customer is now talking to 2 people and will be charged for two calls, and then he will be billed at of outgoing calls. This service is applicable to all Local and International calls Charges:15 Afs per month Opt in Opt out method Activation: Open< space> cc send to 3378 Deactivation: Cancel< space> cc send to 3378 Call Waiting It's a basic supplementary service given along with the connection so, now there is no chance of missing an important call while you are on the phone! If you are online with party B and party C calls you You will get to know that C is calling (C waiting will be shown on screen) and you will get a chance to swap your calls In case you don't accept the call from C and after the call with B is over, you will get a missed call from C whom you can call later. Call Baring Call Baring enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, and incoming calls. SMS Auto Reply SMS Auto-Reply service, the system automatically returns a preset message to the sender when the called terminal subscriber cannot reply the message, such as on a business trip, at a meeting, or on vacation. Personal Signature When the calling party sends a short message, the system sends the message to the called party after appending a personalized signature to the end of the short message automatically. SMS Storage Short message warehouse backs up short messages of a user to the system database synchronously. The user can query and manage the messages via web.
